Q: I can't open a PDF file I have downloaded from your site.
A: We recommend Adobe Reader 6 or above.

Q: How do I place a School Order?
A: Placing a school order couldn’t be easier. Simply select the products you wish to purchase in the normal manner using the shopping cart and then select the ‘School Order’ option after ‘Buy Now’.

You will be asked for your school name, address, telephone number and postcode. You will also need to provide an ‘Order Number’ or ‘Name of Authorising member of staff’.

Your order will then be automatically emailed to us and dealt with as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Downloads are only available when paying in advance by credit card.
